All goods will be invoiced at prices ruling at date of despatch.

Until payment of the price of the goods they shall remain our property and if the goods shall become a constituent of other objects those other objects shall become our property as security for the full payment of the said price; the Buyer holding them for the Buyer shall have the right to dispose of them in normal course of business but must account to us forthwith out of the proceeds for the price due to us all his rights against his Buyer.

Any mechanical or chemical test certificates that may be supplied to a customer by us are supplied on the understanding that they have been produced only to the best of our knowledge and belief and on the express condition that we shall not be held liable in respect of any errors or omissions there in.

Return of goods properly supplied. The company does not operate on a sale or return basis and will not in normal circumstances accept any returns. In the event of a buyer wishing the company to consider a return the company will forward a Returns Proposal form together with standard conditions which apply to such proposed returns. The conditions are available on request at any time.

All claims in respect of alleged defective goods must be notified in writing to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods and a completed claim in writing is made within 7 days of such receipt. Any such claim must indicate the identification numbers of the products supplied, which are identified on each product box.

No claims for damage in transit, shortage of delivery, or loss of goods will be entertained unless, in the case of damage in transit or shortage of delivery, notices in writing are given to us respectively within 3 days of receipt of goods and in case of loss of goods, notice in writing is given to us and a complete claim in writing is made within 7 days of the date of consignment. Where goods are accepted from the Carrier concerned without being checked, the delivery book of the carrier concerned must be signed .not examined.

Complaints regarding faulty goods should be accompanied by samples of the items supplied to demonstrate the reason for rejection. Box label reference numbers should also be provided.

Goods returned to us and accepted by us as defective will be replaced as originally ordered if required and if it is reasonably practical to do so. No responsibility is accepted if any processing has been carried out.

Save as mentioned above we shall be under no liability whatsoever whether under contract or statute for any defect or shortfall in the goods or for consequential loss, damage, injury or expense (including loss of profit) however caused whether to the buyer or to any other person or thing and whether arising directly or indirectly from the goods supplied by us.

The buyer is to indemnify us against any claims whatsoever for damages and costs and against all liability in respect of any infringement of patents rights or registered trademarks resulting from compliance with the Buyer.s instructions expressed or implied.
